http://www.thebreastway.com/  A wonderful Irish breastfeeding website, with lots of fantastic information about breastfeeding – well worth a visit.

http://www.lalecheleagueireland.com/  La Leche League is a fantastic International breastfeeding  support organization that has groups in Ireland.  The organization is run by volunteers who have completed special training in breastfeeding and they offer support groups and phone support all around the country. 

http://www.cuidiu-ict.ie/fulcrum.html?ep=5  Cuidiu  is a mother to mother support group offering breastfeeding support groups and antenatal classes.  They have groups all over the country, the volunteers have all had special training in breastfeeding support.

http://www.drjacknewman.com/   Dr Jack Newman is a Canadian doctor who specializes in breastfeeding problems.  This website is very useful as he has DVD clips of correct latch on, and other breastfeeding issues.  There are also articles explaining solutions to a wide variety of breastfeeding issues.  You can also email Dr Jack with your concerns and he will respond.

http://www.kellymom.com/index.html Kelly Bonyata is  Lactation Consultant and her website has lots and lots of information on breastfeeding – a great resource.

http://www.breastfeeding.ie/   HSE Breastfeeding Support website it has useful information on breastfeeding support groups in Ireland and you can ask breastfeeding questions and they will be responded to.   This site also has Fact sheets for GP’s and Pharmacists under the heading “Health Professionals” .

http://www.gentlebirthypnosis.com  - The Gentle Birth program is a wonderful way to prepare for labour and birth.  It uses the science of hypnosis to help couples feel calm and confident about the labour and birth.  The feedback that I have from couples who have either taken the class or bought the course on line has been very positive, I highly recommend it.  Classes are available in Dublin and Cork.  Ring Tracy Donegan for more information on 0877 0572500
